5. Pricing & Payments

     

    • All prices are quoted in INR / USD / other agreed currency and are exclusive of taxes, duties, freight, and insurance unless otherwise specified.

    • Payment terms will be mutually agreed and mentioned in the proforma invoice or sales contract.

    • Accepted payment methods may include Advance T/T, Letter of Credit (LC), or other agreed modes.

    • All bank charges, currency conversion fees, and transaction costs shall be borne by the buyer.

6. Shipping & Delivery

     

    • Delivery terms shall be governed by INCOTERMS 2020 (such as FOB, CIF, EXW, etc.).

    • Shipping timelines provided are estimated and may vary due to logistics, customs clearance, or unforeseen circumstances.

    • Risk and responsibility for goods transfer to the buyer as per the agreed INCOTERM.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, product descriptions, and design elements, is the intellectual property of Ameraits and is protected under applicable Indian and international intellectual property laws.
Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or use is strictly prohibited.
